On the evening of October 9th, the vaulted warmth of our Adega becomes the stage for a singular tasting experience — curated and co-hosted by Dirk Niepoort, one of Portugal’s most distinctive and inquisitive figures in the world of wine.

From the aperitif spark to the final contemplative pour, the evening unfolds through eight gastronomic moments imagined by Chef Alípio and designed not simply to delight, but to find their reflection in the glass.

Sixteen wines have been chosen for this journey — eight from Portugal, eight from beyond its borders. Among them, seven bear the Niepoort name as producer, while others stem from long-standing collaborations. Completing the line-up is a hand-selected collection of exceptional Portuguese and international wines, chosen by the winemaker himself for the contrast and conversation they inspire when combined.

A conversation that carries on to the table with Dirk Niepoort, in an invitation to encounter the mind behind some of Portugal’s most vibrant and respected wines.

The wine selection is presented in three distinct categories:

• Signature — wines of Niepoort’s own production, including emblematic labels such as Coche, Museu dos Lagares, and Ximena.
• Dialogue — wines born from creative partnerships with like-minded winemakers, including Anselmo Mendes, Philipp Kettern, and Barbeito.
• Perspective — international benchmarks personally selected by Dirk Niepoort for their singular expression, contrast, and place in the broader conversation.

This one-of-a-kind experience is available for €300 per person, including an eight-course menu paired with sixteen wines.

Cancellations are complimentary up to 72 hours prior to the event; after this time, the full amount becomes non-refundable.
