Family Plan

Children up to 12 years old stay free when sharing parents room (maximum 1 child per room). Applicable to suitable accommodation.

General Policies

Vouchers: Resort accepts vouchers from Travel Agencies and Tour Operators with credit with the resort.
Resort has a Compulsory New Year's Eve Suplement for the Dinner and Party on the 31st of December

Group Policy

Reservations of minimum of 10 rooms are considered a group and requires a group contract.

Guarantee/Deposit

Guarantee: As a guarantee, credit card details are required at time of booking.

However, some room types and/or rates may require additional guarantees, such as deposit or full pre-payment.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or through a valid credit card. Once reservation is confirmed, the Hotel´s Reservations Department will send out a secure link, for payment.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed but there are kennels within a 40 minute drive.

Taxes

VAT and service taxes are included in our rates. City Tax is not included.

City Tax

The Council of Lagoa, where Vila Vita Parc is located, applies from 01st May 2024 a tourist council tax, more commonly named City Tax.

The values to be charged at check out to the guests are as follows:

High Season (between 01 April and 31 October) – 2€ per guest (from 13 years), per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
Low Season (between 01 November and 31 March) – 1€ per guest (from 13 years), per night for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.

Special considerations and exemptions:

Children up to and including 12 years of age, or persons with a 60% incapacity, duly proven by an identity card or medical statement, are not required to pay the City Tax.
Guests staying 8 or more nights are requested to pay a maximum of 7 nights City Tax per person, as stated above.

Seasonal Closure

Vila Vita Parc is open year round, although some of our restaurants and facilities may be subject to seasonal closure. Please check with our reservations department at the time of booking.

Ocean Restaurant closes annually during a short period in the winter time (between December and February), although it remains open during the Christmas and New Year season.

Drone Policy

The use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), including, but not limited to, drones and radio-controlled aircraft and devices, in airspace above private property requires the property owner’s advance written approval, according to Portuguese and EU law.

Vila Vita Parc places the highest priority on the privacy and safety of guests and staff, as well as avoiding disruption and maintaining tranquillity throughout the property. To this end, personal drone use is not permitted on property or in the airspace above the resort and its off-property venues.

For catering, conference and wedding events contracted on property, professional vendors may request the Resort’s advance written permission for drone photography and filming exclusively within the contracted event venue.
