Throughout this immersive experience, a dedicated host guides you through five unique venues within the resort, each with its own distinct identity and gastronomic personality. A journey crafted down to the finest detail, so that every moment becomes a discovery.
The evening begins in our exclusive Cave de Vinhos, approximately 8 metres below ground, where an aperitif and refined canapés set the tone for a night out of the ordinary.
From the Wine Cellar, your host leads you to Mizu Teppanyaki, where a zen atmosphere and a privileged view over the Atlantic Ocean welcome you to the very best of contemporary Japanese cuisine. Two signature dishes take centre stage, paired with a selection of premium sake of Japanese origin or a bespoke cocktail.
From Mizu, the journey continues to Atlântico, where the ocean and the Eastern Mediterranean meet in two vibrant and refined dishes, carefully paired with wines selected by the sommelier.
From Atlântico, the evening takes you to Aladin Grill - Moroccan-inspired décor, golden stained glass windows and an open central kitchen where two signature dishes are prepared live, paired with award-winning wines.
The evening draws to a close at Oásis Bar, with a digestif and a small artisanal keepsake to take home. Because the finest evenings are never forgotten.
