Tempos Vega Sicilia 'From Tokaj to Ribera'

On the evening of October 15, step into a unique wine experience at our fine-dining restaurants Atlântico and Aladin Grill, with three of the most prestigious labels from Tempos Vega Sicilia, an icon of Spanish winemaking with over 150 years of history.
Guided by Zita Rojkovich, General Director of the estate, the evening unfolds across six gastronomic moments imagined by Chef Alípio and mirrored in the glass by six extraordinary wines.
 
From the pure brightness of a Tokaj-born white to the deep and resonant voice of Spain’s most iconic red — Vega Sicilia Único — the night will trace a path through three of the estate’s most celebrated marques: Oremus (Tokaj, Hungary), Macán (Rioja), and Vega Sicilia (Ribera del Duero).
 
The wine selection includes:

• One white wine — a luminous expression from Oremus in Tokaj
• Four red wines — including the emblematic Macán from Rioja and culminating in the revered Vega Sicilia Único, a symbol of Spanish winemaking excellence
• One late harvest wine — a final note of contemplation crafted in Tokaj, Hungary
