From the Algarve to the heart of Portugal, two regions with unique gastronomic identities come together for one extraordinary evening. Chef João Sousa, host at Atlântico, with his vibrant and refined cuisine inspired by the Portuguese coast and the flavours of the Mediterranean Levant, welcomes Chef Diogo Rocha, whose work at Mesa de Lemos is a declaration of love for regional produce - pure, natural, seasonal.
For this special evening, the Atlântico tasting menu is enriched by two new courses crafted by Chef Diogo Rocha - one fish dish and one meat dish - bringing the authentic flavours of Portugal's mountainous interior to the Atlântico table. To complete the experience, Quinta de Lemos will be present to introduce an exclusive wine pairing featuring wines from the Dão, accompanying each moment of the four-hands menu.

Quinta de Lemos Wine Pairing: € 85 per person
For those who prefer, Atlântico's à la carte menu will also be available throughout the evening, with the option to enrich the experience with the Quinta de Lemos wine pairing.
