On Easter Sunday, Bela Vita Bar & Brasserie opens its doors for a family celebration, with views over the gardens and live music setting the perfect atmosphere. Our Chefs prepare a selection of dishes live at the stations, while the extensive dessert buffet invites indulgence — from Olhão's traditional folar to birds' nests and artisan chocolate eggs.
Taking centre stage at this brunch, our Fifth Season Egg Collection — five unique eggs, each inspired by the purest flavours of the Algarve: almond, orange, carob, and other ingredients that define this singular season. A tribute to the land, crafted in chocolate.
