Find out — for one night only — at Passionate About Algarve, where 9 acclaimed chefs, 2 distinguished winemakers and 5 local producers come together in a vibrant open-air celebration of the region’s culinary soul.
At the heart of the evening, the culinary masters of Vila Vita Parc — Chef Ricardo Luz from Atlântico Restaurant and Chef Alexandre Cabral from Adega — will present signature creations that embody the resort’s refined gastronomic identity. Alongside them, renowned guest chefs such as Noélia Jerónimo, Louis Anjos, and João Silva & Domingos Camará will share their own distinctive interpretations of the Algarve’s essence.
Local producers, including Salmarim and Presunto do Zambujal, will be there to showcase the authenticity of regional traditions, while pastry chefs Isabel Nobre and Fábio Quiraz add layers of indulgent sweetness. To complete your journey, pair the evening’s flavours with the exceptional wines of Quinta dos Santos and Morgado do Quintão.
