The series of four-hand dinners at Ocean continues and this time, two Michelin-starred Ocean welcomes Aska – Swedish for “ashes” – from New York.
On May 18th, Hans Neuner will welcome Fredrik Berselius from Aska in Brooklyn, New York City with two Michelin stars into his kitchen at Ocean for a one night only culinary experience. The event will feature a tasting menu of 12 moments that will combine the signature flavours of each project: a transatlantic dining experience extraordinaire!
Originally from Stockholm, Sweden, chef Fredrik Berselius has spent most of his culinary career in New York City, bringing his love for nature to his urban surroundings through food. He aims towards elegance, thoughtfulness and harmony, and his final goal is to make guests feel just as spoiled.
Price: 275 € per person, with wine pairing 175 € per person
