The word “cataplana” refers not only to the shell-shaped copper kitchen utensil, but also to the most famous Algarve traditional dish with its varying aromas, flavours and colours.

Book a Cataplana cooking class in our Portuguese restaurant Adega and learn how to prepare a delicious seafood dish, using the best local products. After learning the skills of preparing the dish, participants are invited to share a relaxed meal in a beautiful setting.

Minimum and maximum participants: 3 to 8 people.
