An ode to the soul of the Atlantic, the core of the Atlântico menu is rooted in the Algarve’s traditional ingredients, reinforcing and complementing the resort’s sustainability philosophy to highlight and support the richness of Portugal’s gastronomic heritage.

Organic and modern Portuguese cuisine, focused on the flavour of the ingredients and inspired by Nature itself, with sustainability at its core.  The menu changes every week according to what our farmers and fisherman have available. This is the future, this is real seasonal food.

Atlântico Restaurant

An elegant and sophisticated interior design in shades of blue that makes it seem like the Ocean extends itself into the restaurant. It offers one of the best views of the resort´s subtropical gardens and infinity pool, across to the horizon, particularly from its terrace, which is the most sought-after area in the restaurant.

Atlântico cuisine is inspired on gastronomic and cultural roots that the Algarve has collected over centuries, from the time of the conquests and discoveries, that translate the typical ingredients - some albeit forgotten – and supplied from home grown vegetable gardens, small producers and local purveyors, into remastered traditional recipes from the Algarve. 

Favouring 100% organic products from local producers and respecting Nature’s seasonality, the new Atlântico menu highlights dishes such as Beetroot Tartar, Crunchy Oysters from Ria Formosa, BIO Cozido Portuguese Stew or Ray fish from Olhão.

One of the two locations on the resort where breakfast is served, here at Atlântico breakfast is based on a healthy wellbeing concept, that offers a wide buffet or à la carte selection. Ideal for adults and children above 12 years old, guests can also choose from many diverse gluten and lactose-free products and well as the much-recommended super-foods.
