An elegant and sophisticated interior design in shades of blue that makes it seem like the Ocean extends itself into the restaurant. It offers one of the best views of the resort´s subtropical gardens and infinity pool, across to the horizon, particularly from its terrace, which is the most sought-after area in the restaurant.
Atlântico cuisine is inspired on gastronomic and cultural roots that the Algarve has collected over centuries, from the time of the conquests and discoveries, that translate the typical ingredients - some albeit forgotten – and supplied from home grown vegetable gardens, small producers and local purveyors, into remastered traditional recipes from the Algarve.
Favouring 100% organic products from local producers and respecting Nature’s seasonality, the new Atlântico menu highlights dishes such as: Ria Formosa oysters, earthy gazpacho, toasted sunflower seeds and pickles; bluefin tuna, portuguese heirloom tomato, black olives and yoghurt; John dory, vegetable bread melange, rock prawns and crustacean emulsion; vegetable stew, turnip and mint textures.
