Full Moon Aerial Yoga

On 7 September, take part in a Special Aerial Yoga Class to celebrate the Full Moon & Lunar Eclipse!

In an exclusive and cozy environment, our beautiful Yoga Studio, opening onto the gardens, will host this unique celebration, inviting the Moon’s energy to help us release and let go.

Through a gentle flow, the silk fabrics will support the whole body in stretching and encourage a deeper inner connection. The class will be accompanied by live music from João Branco – hand pans, singing bowls, crystal bowls, and more – and will be completed with Pranayama and a Guided Meditation, enhancing the effects of the Full Moon and Lunar Eclipse.

Includes a healthy juice and a vegetarian wrap at the end of the practice
