El Refectorio is Hotel Abadía Retuerta's more sophisticated proposal by Spanish chef Marc Segarra, with 1* Michelin Star. In 2020 it achieves its first Green Star, a distinction awarded by Michelin to restaurants that are committed to sustainability and apply environmentally responsible practices.
