Recognized with a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star in 2022, Herdade do Esporão Restaurant, located in Reguengos de Monsaraz, Alentejo, is managed by chef Carlos Teixeira, who will be joining us at Atlântico restaurant to showcase the quality of the ingredients, harmony of the flavours, mastery of techniques, and the identity and consistency of his creations.

His restaurant offers a seasonal cuisine based on respect for the product, respect for nature and zero waste. In its menus, the Herdade do Esporão Restaurant uses products from a large vegetable garden, its own livestock production, as well as a protected forest where it sources wild products. Composting, reducing the use of plastics and paper, and a kitchen geared towards zero waste, are other practices and commitments the restaurant upholds.
