At the helm of Le Monument restaurant at Maison Albar's Le Monumental Palace Hotel in Porto, French chef Julien Montbabut carries on traditional French cuisine with his very own delicate, contemporary, and colourful touch, using some of the best products of the north of Portugal.
He joins us on this particularly significant date in French culture to celebrate and "revolutionize" the Bela Vita cuisine. Wines by Vranken.
