The first of three fine dining evenings showcasing the best of French cuisine kicks off with a collaboration with chef André Lança Cordeiro, from Essencial restaurant in Lisbon.
Defined as minimalistic and seasonal, simple and tasty sharing plates with a farm to table philosophy, his cooking has a strong base in French cuisine from the years spent working in France and Switzerland alongside some of the chefs awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
