Covid19 Prevention Measures

Following the update of measures by the Portuguese Government, we would like to inform you that, as of 22 April 2022, the use of the mask is no longer compulsory, becoming optional, with a few exceptions, namely public transports, retirement homes and medical facilities.

Effective from 22 April 2022

Following the update of measures by the Portuguese Government, we would like to inform you that, as of 22 April 2022, the use of the mask is no longer compulsory, becoming optional, with a few exceptions, namely public transports, retirement homes and medical facilities.

At Vila Vita Parc

All VILA VITA Parc’s facilities and services at the resort and beyond, including VILA VITA Collection, remain open according to the legal regulations, and following Covid19 hygiene precautions.

The use of masks no longer mandatory in the indoor public spaces. It is, however, recommendable if you had contact with a positive case, a risk case, or if you have symptoms.

The use of a face mask remains mandatory on the transports (transfers, shuttles, taxies, etc.)

It is not required to present a Digital Covid19 Certificate, nor any Proof of laboratory testing with a negative result, and there are no occupancy restrictions on the outlets.

Testing at the resort

As part of the services and in order to save you time and privacy, VILA VITA Parc offers the possibility, exclusively to its guests that may need it in order to return to their country, to make a Covid19 test for travelling purposes (PRC and antigen) directly at the resort.

We recommend to book your slot before arrival by contacting  customerservice@vilavitaparc.com. You may also book it directly upon arrival through the Front Desk, subject to availability.

Notes:

  • The above may be revised. Kindly check any updates at the time of booking.

Recommended guidelines of precaution against Covid19:

  • Social distancing
  • Frequent hand washing
  • Respiratory etiquette
